The fall of 2010 we received an email from a lady named Valerie Barkley. The email led to her attending the 2010 Fall Festival. And that led her to donate her hand-raised Arabian horse to the ranch.
Kaz is only 14.5 hands high. That means he’s much shorter than Mississippi or Bugsy.
First time riders are sometimes scared of falling off a tall horse. With Kaz, that won’t be a problem since his back is much closer to the ground.
Kaz likes to eat carrots, get hugs around the neck and nuzzle to tell you he loves you.
I’m sure every camper will fall in love with Kaz. And Ms. Karen will make sure that everyone has their chance to ride him.
Welcome to Eagles’ Wings Youth Ranch, Kaz!
