Wow! Has it snowed this year! As I put this story onto the website, it’s snowing again.
When campers are here, the ranch is nice and green. It’s hot with a cool breeze and the perfect weather for swimming. Playing volleyball before devotion and lights out can’t be beat.
But Eagle’s Wings is also a wonderful place to be in winter. The pointy evergreens jut up out of the snow. The horses kick up their heels and play. We build snowmen and throw snowballs. We sit inside by the fire and drink hot tea and cocoa watching the flakes encrust everything with a white, sparkling glow.
Every season at the ranch brings a joy of its own—whether sunshine or snow.
